The Works and Contributions of Isma‘ilRaji al-Faruqi in Islamization of Knowledge

Ismail Raji al-Faruqi said: As disciplines, the humanities, the social sciences and the natural sciences must be reconceived and rebuilt, given a new Islamic base and assigned new purposes consistent with Islam. Every discipline must be recast so as to embody the principles of Islam in its strategy, in what it regards as its data, its problems, its objectives, its aspirations.
